Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple properties - Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping - Communicate with tenants, addressing any concerns or issues that arise - Conduct property inspections to ensure maintenance and safety standards are met - Coordinate and negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers - Manage property maintenance, including scheduling repairs and preventative maintenance - Uphold excellent phone etiquette when interacting with tenants and prospective tenants - Upsell additional services or amenities to current tenants Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Familiarity with property management software systems is a plus - Knowledge of property management laws and regulations -LIHTC experience This is a dynamic role that requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage multiple responsibilities.
The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently.
